• FULLY WASHED - This coffee was produced from a single farm in Kalehe District, in the south of the Democratic Republic of the Congo. With notes of bright citrus, malty fudge, and honey, it is a perfect drip coffee or pour over.
• A CULINARY APPROACH - Our coffees are roasted on a vintage 1955 Gothot roaster. Our roasting techniques are informed by a culinary background, borrowing heavily from the wine and fine dining industries.
