  • LARGE CAPACITY: The mixing bowl (16.73 x 13.18 x 13.77 inches) included with this commercial dough kneading machine is made of non-magnetic stainless steel with 1.5mm-thick walls, formed through a stamping process. It offers a large capacity of 30 quarts (water and flour mixture), meeting all your dough-making needs.
  • USER-FRIENDLY DESIGN: Simply pull the side latch to rotate the mixing bowl 90°, making it easy to clean and remove the dough. Additionally, the rotation switch controls the mixing paddle’s forward rotation (for kneading) and reverse rotation (for removing the dough).
