Pete Griffith. Gut, grit, heart and soul. The four main ingredients of his DNA. Shortly after high school he hit the road and landed in Charleston S.C. and ended up in NYC for a short time singing the blues and playing drums, grinding away at the scene making a name for himself. He’s a soul singer! His voice, arguably more powerful than the sound of his drums. He has returned to his hometown of Rochester NY and has since released 3 records with ~ The Dirty Bourbon Blues Band – “Top Shelf Blues, Red Hot Blues” ~ Vinyl Orange Ottoman – “V.O.O.” and “When The Sun Falls Down. All can be found on all the major media platforms. The band is made up of some of New York state’s heaviest hitting cats in blues scene. The live show brings the band and fans together for a sharing, heartfelt experience. Pre production has started for a much anticipated record release by summer 2020. He has shared the stage with the likes of Chris Duarte, Commander Cody, Carolyn Wonderland and Blues Traveler, and stays busy doing session work for many different acts and genres.
