Vendors
We are currently accepting Craft, Exhibit & Food Vendors for the 2025 Lima Crossroads Festival on Friday, August 1 – Sunday, August 3, 2025. Anyone interested in participating, please fill out the enclosed application and return by June 1st (a $10 late fee will be applied if postmarked after June 1, 2025).
Dates: Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday July 31 – August 3
Street Vendors & Food Trucks
Food Vendors on the street will be placed as we can accommodate. Spots are limited. Spots are approximately 21″. One spot per food truck or trailer.
- Food Truck/Trailer Spots Festival West – $500 + $50 Clean-Up Deposit
- Food Truck/Trailer Spots Festival East – $500 + $50 Clean-Up Deposit
- Deposit will be refunded with inspection of your spot if left clean and tighty
Click the Foodtruck Button to apply for the number of spots needed. First Come First Served and Placement is at the discretion of the Festival Organizers. We will attempt to meet your needs and prior placements.

Craft/Exhibit Vendors Time: Friday noon – 4:00 pm, Sat/Sun 10 am – 4:00 pm
Food Vendor Time: 11:00am–Closing
Early Bird Rates: | Early Bird Rates: Single booth (space: 10’x10’) Fri-Sun: $80. Double booth (space: 10’x20’) Fri-Sun: $160. |
Note: After June 1: Rate will increase by $10. *Electric not available. No gas generators.
Place: Village of Lima – The Intersection of Routes 5&20 & 15A. (Vendor West: Front Lawn of First Presbyterian Church; Vendor East: Village Green East of the Town Hall)

THE PURPOSE OF THE LIMA CROSSROADS FESTIVAL
- To promote Lima businesses, community and residents.
- To give local NONPROFIT groups the opportunity to raise money at food booths.
- To offer FREE family entertainment and a forum for artists and craft persons.
- To benefit Teresa House, Lima Ambulance & Friends in Service Here [partial proceeds from the Festival goes to benefit local charities].
