Vendors

Due to increased vendor demand we’ve decided to extend the festival area and open up a second vendor location on the lawn east of the Town Hall. Vendor applications are now open for that area.

We are currently accepting Craft, Exhibit & Food Vendors for the 2025 Lima Crossroads Festival on Friday, August 1 – Sunday, August 3, 2025. Anyone interested in participating, please fill out the enclosed application and return by June 1st (a $10 late fee will be applied if postmarked after June 1, 2025).

Date: Friday, Saturday and Sunday August 1 – August 3

Street Vendors & Food Trucks

Food Vendors on the street will be charged by preferred location.

  • Three spots in front of the West Stage (Fanatics) – $300 Sat & Sun
  • Spots in front of lawn – $200 Sat & Sun
  • Spots in front of lawn – $125 Saturday only
  • Spots in front of lawn – $100 Sunday only

Please fill out the Food Truck & Street Vendor form to be considered for these locations.

Craft/Vendor Venue (Set up Friday 10 am – noon; Saturday 8:00 – 10:00 am)

Craft/Exhibit Vendors Time: Friday noon – 4:00 pm, Sat/Sun 10 am – 4:00 pm

Food Vendor Time: 11:00am–Closing

Early Bird Rates: Early Bird Rates: Single booth (space: 10’x10’) Fri-Sun: $80.
Double booth (space: 10’x20’) Fri-Sun: $160.

Note: After April 1: Add $5 to above rates – After June 1: Add $10 to above rates *Electric not available. No gas generators.

Place: Village of Lima – The Intersection of Routes 5&20 & 15A. (Vendor West: Front Lawn of First Presbyterian Church; Vendor East: Village Green East of the Town Hall)

  • Petting Zoo
  • Other New Events being planned!

THE PURPOSE OF THE LIMA CROSSROADS FESTIVAL

  • To promote Lima businesses, community and residents.
  • To give local NONPROFIT groups the opportunity to raise money at food booths.
  • To offer FREE family entertainment and a forum for artists and craft persons.
  • To benefit Teresa House, Lima Ambulance & Friends in Service Here [partial proceeds from the Festival goes to benefit local charities].
