All booths will be assigned at the discretion of the Lima Crossroads Council. A request does not guarantee the space. The Crossroads Council reserves the right to assign spaces at their discretion.

Exhibitors/Vendors must provide their own supplies, tents & displays. Vehicles are allowed; however they are to be unloaded and promptly removed from Festival grounds to a designated parking area. All vehicles must be off the grounds by 9:45am. Failure to comply may result in the removal of the exhibit.

No more than 2 Exhibitors/Vendors are to share any given booth space. Exhibitors/Vendors must confine their displays and materials to their assigned and allotted space(s).

Craft/Vendor Venue Festival hours are 10:00am-4:00pm. Exhibits, displays must be removed at that time. Set-up must be completed by 9:45am. (Only Exhibitors/Vendors that submitted a Formal Written Request Letter with their application may stay past 5:00pm).

Food Vendor hours are 11:00am-Closing. No Generators or AC Electric is available. Propane Tanks are welcome.

Booths should be staffed at all times. The Crossroads Council and the Village of Lima will not be responsible for any loss or damages that may occur due to Exhibitors/Vendors carelessness.

All Vendors/Exhibitors must provide their Liability Insurance Certificate or Waiver of Liability Form.

Food Vendors must have their Temporary Food Permits from Livingston County displayed and visible at all times.

There are no rain dates. Use of buildings will not be permitted in case of rain.

You may not sell your booth space or trade it, in part or whole, to another Exhibitor/Vendor. Spaces are reserved only for Exhibitors/Vendors whose names were on the accepted Vendor/Exhibitor Application.

Rental Fees will not be refunded.

The Crossroads Council and the Village of Lima will not be responsible for damage, loss of personal property, personal injury, or accidents involving the Exhibitors/Vendors.

You will receive an email/letter sent to you upon acceptance of this application. (If your application is not accepted for any reason, your payment will be returned to you.) You will receive an email or phone call confirming you reservation and set up information. Your booth space assignments will be given to you upon arrival the morning of the festival.

Exhibits should be OPEN & STAFFED during operational hours. If you desire to keep your booth open during the evening concert(s), please submit a Formal Written Request below.
